I had a problem with a tire I purchased that was losing air and set off my tire error light. I had previously purchased the tire at the dealership. I came in this past month, I had and a check engine light on my truck. I requested a diagnostic check to see what all it could of been. When I went to take it in the service guys don’t even get out of there on my truck. I requested a diagnostic check to see what all it could of been. When I went to take it in the service guys don’t even get out of there chair to greet you. They look at each other likes who’s next. The one who ended up helping me was friendly, I even asked as a courtesy do they wash customer vehicles, he said they have half there shop being worked on, so some other service guy tells what half of your truck do you want washed. I don’t appreciate that, just tell me yes or no. In the end my truck only needed a new gas cap, so what bothers is that I paid $200 for a diagnostic and $30 for a gas cap. But as soon as I got my truck back I noticed they didn’t even add windshield wiper fluid to my truck, it was low when I brought it in and they didn’t top it off. Also driving out I noticed my breaks were starting to grind. Why wouldn’t the service guys recommend me getting breaks and having the $200 I spent on the diagnostic go towards that. Feel like I got the bare minimum of costumer service and no value for what I paid. Also I called the dealership and spoke to customer service rep but never recieved a call back like she said she was going to do. I go to this dealer because it’s close to my house, I really don’t think I’ll be back. More
At the time of writing this I'm forced to leave a 1 star due to the status of the car. Purchased a Mustang with 27k miles and since I have had it the car has been in and out of the dealer shop and is still due to the status of the car. Currently the speedometer is not accurate with no way to resolve the matter as well as it has loose suspension components with major clunking sounds. After the car went back in the shop for the second time in a week I requested my trade in back and the deal to be scrapped in which I was denied. I'm currently looking into options as to what my rights are in this matter as the car is still down and I'm expecting other issues to crop up once I'm able to have a full inspection. Thank you More
