Limited communication when getting repairs done, even though I selected 2x per week on their intake form. I had to contact them repeatedly for any updates to include completion. When I drove away, wi though I selected 2x per week on their intake form. I had to contact them repeatedly for any updates to include completion. When I drove away, within 3 minutes I could tell they didn't hook something up right as the turn signal was not working. Upon inspection at home, they did not wire up the new headlight, trim the fender liner (as they asked me if it was ok to do for my tires) and attach the underpinning on the front. Very dissatisfied with the lack of follow up and quality of work. More

I was greeted quickly but I had to wait an hour to be ask if I want my tire patch since my coverage only pays for a new tire… hard to wrap my head around replacing a tire with 4400 miles instead of patch a s if I want my tire patch since my coverage only pays for a new tire… hard to wrap my head around replacing a tire with 4400 miles instead of patch a small nail puncture…. I choose to pay $24 out of my pocket instead of wasting a companies money for an entire new tire. I can’t believe they won’t pay for a patching over a new tire More

I brought my Highlander in for a recall and it was quickly taken care of. They said it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours and it was done in exactly 1 1/2 hours.
