Original Review: I would love to give this business 0 stars. Do NOT bring your car in for service here unless you want to be ripped off/scammed. I was having AC problems back in late April 2020, came in stars. Do NOT bring your car in for service here unless you want to be ripped off/scammed. I was having AC problems back in late April 2020, came in and was told I needed an entirely new evaporator. I paid over $2,000 for them to do so. I am STILL having AC problems, and sometimes have to turn the entire AC off and back on just for the AC to produce cold air. Also, when they took my radio out to get to the evaporator, they failed to reinstall it properly. My radio no longer gets any stations. All stations have static now. So now I am having a trustworthy individual fix my radio, but this is all costing me more money when I shouldn't be going through the issues in the first place. Also, they (probably intentionally) WAY overfilled my tires (I am assuming to cause issues to get me to come back so they can take even more of my money). The tire pressure for my car is supposed to be 30 PSI. Multiple tires were over 40 PSI after getting it back from them, and it took me a while to realize it, so it was probably even higher than that when I left. This causes serious damage to tires, which are not cheap. Back in October 2019, I was having tire pressure sensor issues and the light would always stay on. They convinced me to spend the money to replace the "bad" sensor, but now I am having the same issues despite now having the proper air amount in my tires. I was told by another mechanic that the issue is most likely the computer reading the sensors, and not the sensors themselves - and that mechanics will say it's the sensor as a quick money scam. I have had these sensors replaced so many times. It'll be fine for a few months, but then the problem arises once more. I am also 100% certain that someone rummaged through my center console the last time it was in the shop in April 2020. All of my things were carelessly shoved into the console when I got it back. Thankfully, I do not keep anything of value in my car for this exact reason. This kind of business practice is simply disgusting and repulsive, and the employees AND owners should feel ashamed of themselves. UPDATE AS OF 07/13/22: At the insistence of a relative, I gave this place another chance. My coolant reservoir was constantly empty and my car was overheating. So they installed a new radiator, some new hoses, new water pump, costing nearly $1900. On my drive home after picking it up, there was a scraping/grinding noise every time I turned right, so I took it back in the very next day. It had NEVER made this noise before getting serviced, yet they tried to blame me and said I must've hit something while driving home. They claimed it was a wind deflector, and "repaired" it for me. I'm certain they simply didn't put my car back together properly. When I opened the hood to check on things the next week, they hadn't even closed the cap on my coolant reservoir, and the entire tank was empty yet again. They also didn't bother screwing back on the plastic cover that goes over the radiator and fans in the front of the car. They didn't give me the screws, either; they just kept them for themselves. I refilled the coolant reservoir, and it is still decreasing every day whether I drive it or not, so they didn't even fix the issue I went in there for. So now I'm going to have to pay more money to take it somewhere else, AGAIN. Do NOT take your car here to be serviced, unless you want your car in worse condition than it came. More
My 2013 Rav had a sterring lock problem, had to order part. Took in in by wrecker wednesday, thursday at 4:15 Ralph called to tell me what was wrong , sain part was on back order. Come and get car to drive while mine was in service shop. Did not know when part was coming. Tuesday part came in at 4:45 Rav was ready,picked it up Wed morning. Everyone was so nice and friendly as we have been buying suv"s and trucks since 1998. when it was star Toyota. Would not go anywhere else. relly like every one there,exspecially Mary and Ralph. More
