I showed up early and I was treated with courtesy. My appointment was for 9:30 and my car was ready at 10:00. My only concern was that I saw when my car was driven next to the waiting room. Express service was a joke. I had an appointment, but still had to wait TWO hours for a vehicle inspection and wheel rotation. This is NOT an express department! The only reason I'm giving two stars is that one young man finally went over to the other service department to borrow an inspector. Otherwise, I'd probably still be sitting there! More

I appreciated the fact that the dealer fixed my car for the lowest rate. They fixed the leak at my oil pan plug that a "quick oil change place" created. I hate leaking cars. Toyota fixed the leak withou the lowest rate. They fixed the leak at my oil pan plug that a "quick oil change place" created. I hate leaking cars. Toyota fixed the leak without gauging my by mandating I buy a new oil pan. I was surprised and pleased. Going forward I will only get my oil changed at this "friendly" dealer. Will be back in a month to get an alignment after I purchase new tires. PS. I was going to get the alignment on this maintenance but was told it's better to do so "after" getting the new tires. I appreciated that too. More
