Mac Haik Toyota has the best Service and Maintenance Group of all the Toyota Dealers in the Houston-MSA, in my opinion. Other locations are closer to my home, but I prefer Mac Haik in League City becaus Group of all the Toyota Dealers in the Houston-MSA, in my opinion. Other locations are closer to my home, but I prefer Mac Haik in League City because its personnel and staff always communicate with me on a level which I understand and do not give me the impression that they are just upping prices or issues just to make a sale. Initially, I spoke with Ralph Accardo on the phone. Ralph mentioned that I should have the things checked which they recommended during my last service visit and scheduled an appointment for my 2009 Corolla. Thank you, Ralph, for ensuring I got in around my work schedule. Robert greeted me, when I arrived. During the initial check he found another issue that needed to be addressed, cracks in my alternator. I noticed a different sound from my car but knew I had not run over anything, so I thought it was related to recent extreme heat and no rain. Thank goodness that Robert has the patience of Job. It was probably somewhat painful, but he never got irate with me as he explained, a few times, my needed repairs, costs, and warranties. Initially, I did not have a clue about what he said. Robert made sure I understood and gave me a workable price. Before I left, he went back over everything and the warranties. Thank you, Robert. “Becky,” my car, is purring like a kitten, again; she isn’t moaning, and I have not been left stranded somewhere because my car broke down. I appreciate your diligence.
