Very poor customer service. Was told I could get new tires and front end alignment . Didn’t happen. When I scheduled I told him I needed to pick up my child up from school. Appo Was told I could get new tires and front end alignment . Didn’t happen. When I scheduled I told him I needed to pick up my child up from school. Appointment was at 1 pm. I got there at 12pm. They took truck right on in and the truck was on rack until 1:45 and no one had done anything. I question the young man. Got my tires at 2:30 and was told the alignment couldn’t be done. It would take two hours and I would not have time to pick up my child. That’s why I scheduled he assured I could get both services done at the same time. I’ll never use your services again. Went to Protech alignment done in 3o minutes.l’ve bought two vehicles from you. Never again. More
