The issue that caused the 4 star review was due to the cumbersome website; awkward to navigate, the appointment that I set up was not transferred to the service department (my appt time was honored). Also, the coupons on the website are not better than the normal prices...a waste of time for me. More

Daniel was extremely helpful throughout the repair process. He listened to my explanation of the problem and assured me that the technician would check all the codes.
