We actually first spoke to him 6 months ago, and test drove some vehicles then. After we decided to purchase, he knew I really wanted the car that day, and although he had to get it from another dealership, he managed to get it there, and stayed late to walk me through the cool functions on the car. The finance manager was very helpful as well. I wish I could recall his name. He offered helpful information and did not try to pressure sell the various warranty packages. He was pleasant and affirmed our choice. He stay late as well and got us out as quickly and painlessly as possible. Keith made this the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had, and I have had many of them. I did not have a trade-in, so I cannot speak to that. More
