Mario was very efficient in finalizing the final contract. Only complaint is there was a new financing package being offered by Toyota that was not completely understood by the sales team. Initial sales financing offer was 0% down and 0% for 60 months. However a few days later when we finalized the purchase the finance offer from Toyota for the Highlander Hybrid was in fact 1.9 % for 60 months. More

The cost to replace the EVAP canister struck me as high at almost $1,600. In hindsight I probably should have shopped this around. Taylor let me know the car was ready but it took me a few hours to come in. When I did he wasn’t there but I popped over to the cashiers they were very friendly and ready to finish my transaction - which again was excellent! Several times at Autonation if the service advisor or the cashier wasn’t available the entire process stopped. I don’t go there anymore. More

The oil change and tire rotation were done in less than 30 m I did not find any dirty finger prints on both inside and outside of my car. The overall experience is very satisfactory.
