Airbag Recall I was a little late for my appointment, so it's hard to complain, but the loaner car process can be improved on. It was a deceptive. I was tricked by the sales rep. When i came into the Mac Haik Toyota to buy a 2016 Ford Explorer, everything advertised about the car seemed correct except that the remote of the car When i came into the Mac Haik Toyota to buy a 2016 Ford Explorer, everything advertised about the car seemed correct except that the remote of the car was not working and it was hidden from me. The car was left open so, i didn't use the remote to gain access. only for me to get home and discover the remote was bad. I tried contacting Mac Haik Toyota and was told by a sales manager to bear the burden myself. The cost to repair the remote is $270. I feel this is bad customer service. it is a deceptive act and very wicked of any company not to disclose full information about a good or service before sales. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Prospective customers, please beware of such kind of fraud and deception. More
