Small Issue was taken care of quickly I Heard a small noise as the back hatch on my 2018 Highlander would raise and lower I took it in for service. Great service department and sales team The service department at this location is excellent, I've found them to be very honest and open. The salesman I worked with was also very knowledgeab The service department at this location is excellent, I've found them to be very honest and open. The salesman I worked with was also very knowledgeable, and he cut right to what I was looking for and helped me find it at a good price. The finance department hard pushed a GPS data tracker on me though, and after looking it up (as its true purpose wasn't adequately explained), it turns out that it tracks EVERYTHING and sells it all for "consumer research". Where you're going, how long you're there, where you shop, your driving habits, etc. Honestly its a pretty disgusting invasion of privacy, and I feel really bad for anyone who was tricked into getting ELO GPS put in. To be fair the dealership is not the one selling your data, but there is no doubt the dealership gets heavy kick-backs for pushing it. More

dead battery Went to service dept because 19month old car wouldn’t start because of dead battery. Had to call for jump start in 98 degree heat. Service dept did nothing other than test it and tell me battery was good and send me on my way. Car would not start today. It’s sitting in garage useless! More
