Routine Service The service yesterday was fine although the wait time was longer than normal. My review is based on the prior service which included tire rotation. The wheels have never been off the car other than for the rotation service. My wheels were marred up around the center of the wheel and along the lug holes. I believe this damage was caused from the technician removing and replacing the lug nuts with an impact gun and not taking care to prevent damage. This was brought up yesterday to the service advisor, who was apologetic for the damage, which I appreciate. I just wish the damage didn't happen in the first place. More
