Ralph could have been more willing to help. I called to check on the status of the remedy to repair an outstanding recall. Last year I received a notificatoon letter about the recall but at that time there check on the status of the remedy to repair an outstanding recall. Last year I received a notificatoon letter about the recall but at that time there was no remedy to repair the issue. I was told i would receive letter informing me there was a solution to the recall. I called because I received a text ( from Don McGill Toyota, where i purchased my car) instead of a letter in the mail regarding the recall. Ralph said he did know and told me to call that dealership. I asked if he could just check to see if there was in fact a solution yet. He said he couldnt do that without my vin #. He asked for my vin # which i didnt have at that moment instead I informed him that I gave all of this information over the phone the last time and i was sure the person I spoke to entered my vehicle into your systerm. I really felt like he couldnt really talk. It was like pulling teeth to get him to look things up or be helpful at all. After asking him to: 1. Check for a recall remedy instead of me calling the other Toyota dealership and 2. Check for my cars Vin # at your facility I was able to confirm yes, there was a remedy and yes my car information was in the system. Finally, I was able to make an appointment. It shouldn't have been this difficult. It was a simple call. Check on the recall, book my appointment. He was friendly when I dropped my car off. More

I love my truck. The dealership as a whole is pretty amazing, and we do plan to return for future purchases. However, the first two salesmen we talked to brushed us off.
