They tell you anything to get you to purchase a car then won't live up to what they said. I purchased a car they said they would get me a second key. Worst experience ever with a dealership. They had my truck for over 7 weeks and never heard from them. I went to the dealership and found out that they didn't do anything to my vehicle. I have been taking this truck in for the same problems since I purchased it. All I ever get is "can't duplicate" they never even go passed plugging in the code reader. I had to get Chrysler/Stellantis involved and they didn't even reply to them. I moved my vehicles to the Flowood office and they found the problem with my Jeep the first day and was in touch with Chrysler/Stellantis about my truck. Mac Haik has no way of getting in touch with anyone outside of their dealership to help resolve any problems with the dealership. I'll never take my vehicles for repairs or ever purchase a vehicle from them again. More

I spoke to them late Friday afternoon about purchasing a truck and was told to come test drive it the next morning.
