I went to the dealer after moving to Texas and purchasing my vehicle in Iowa for the following reasons, the reverse camera was inoperable due to a recall, there was moisture behind the headlight, I had a mis my vehicle in Iowa for the following reasons, the reverse camera was inoperable due to a recall, there was moisture behind the headlight, I had a misplaced spare key that should’ve been covered under warranty and had a small dent that was covered under an extended warranty that was purchased at the time the car was originally purchased. I have come to and called the dealership on numerous occasions looking to get assistance in fixing all of the above. After 2 months I was able to get my car into the shop to get it started. After them having my car for 2 weeks they said the Zaillon warranty doesn’t cover the dents because they don’t get covered at a body shop but the warranty is specific to scratches and dents. They said my car was finished to come pick it up…..I came to pick it up and the at the shop Ajeada (not sure if that’s how her name is spelled) said they did an update on the camera …when I came in I questioned why it wasn’t replaced and the other lady said it had been. I refused to sign the bill because the bill stated there was a an order not a replacement. After it was all said and done had I not specifically asked for prof it was replaced I would’ve drove away with still a broken camera, my dent was not repaired because the body shop manager couldn’t understand how to contact the warranty provider, the headlight did not get replaced because it hadn’t rained to show the moisture, the only thing that was done after a little bit of fight in my side was the key was replaced. This place and it’s communication with its customers is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. More
Very frustrating experience. I took my Ford F150 in due to a safety recall and it ended up costing me $2000 in repair bills the next day. Very untrustworthy and disappointing. I called the general manager to have a discussion and he couldn't be bothered to call me back. Do not go to Mac Haik Ford in Houston for service, you will be sorry! More
Not happy at all. Was told will take over 2 months to even look at and then was told not sure when it would be looked at. Now stuck in this thing. Very upset about the whole situation. 10/18/22, looked on Mac Haik Ford Katy site and they have my Fusion up for sale. I was forced into a new overpriced vehicle. They knew I needed my vehicle. More
