I had an oil leaking onto the engine manifold which was causing smoke and coming out from under the hood. Mac Haik repaired it but then the issue started happening again so I took it back. While the repair had to be done twice, they made it easy for me to bring it in again to get addressed quickly. Communication and handling from the Service Dept, specifically Shawn, was exceptional. I was told they could get me taken care of "right away, and would take 30-40 minutes". I retrieved my keys and left. I went out of my way to have my truck serviced at this location. I made an appointment for a basic oil change, and I lost 2.5 hours of my day for nothing. Until today, Mac Haik Quick Lane was the only shop that has serviced my shop. More

The dealership does not have the capacity to meet the demand in the area. Warranty and other repairs have a 3 month wait for an appointment. The quick lane also does not have capacity to meet demand.
