Purchased our Bronco from this dealership and purchased an extended maintenance contract through them for pil changes and regular maintenance. Funny thing is they never have time for our service, "we are an extended maintenance contract through them for pil changes and regular maintenance. Funny thing is they never have time for our service, "we are booked up, how bout next week?" Asked for a refund of the maintenance co tract and of course they don't want to give that up. Also have a windshield replacement contract through them as well, and they don't even know how it works. I had to call the warranty company to get it figured out and still the dealership doesn't know. Place is runs by clowns, do waste your time, money and sense with this dodo's. More
