Good service I didn't have an appt. just came because a service light came on and I thought I better see what that was about. It needed an oil change and I may be I didn't have an appt. just came because a service light came on and I thought I better see what that was about. Why A Replacement PCM Omar G. Is the best - keeps me informed, polite, a real professional. Hope the owner takes notice. Can’t say same for techs - oil change & spark plu Omar G. Is the best - keeps me informed, polite, a real professional. Hope the owner takes notice. Can’t say same for techs - oil change & spark plug replacement - simple , not so much. Omar gives me the keys, I pay the charges ($210 for 6 plugs). Good to go, except the engine light is on, back to Omar. - an hour later a PCV hose needs replacing. Ok. Again Omar took care of me. 5 hours in Wuick Lane - Back in truck- on the drive home the engine light comes on. I am busy and need my truck. Return the following Monday - it’s a bad o-Ring in the PCV hose - but not yet- shop foreman and others are analyzing the systems- no go need a replacement PCM! Omar gets me a loaner truck - very much appreciate his help. Tuesday Omar calls to say the PCM arrived Wednesday Pmar calls truck is good to go. Over 8 hours spent at Quick Lane! Go figure How does an oil change and plug replacement turn into a replacement PCM. More
