Panaramic Window switch not working on 2017 Ford Escape I brought the car in for service of the Panaramic roof window switch not working. Since I have extended warranty on the 2017 Ford Escape I was told th I brought the car in for service of the Panaramic roof window switch not working. Since I have extended warranty on the 2017 Ford Escape I was told that it would be an extended warranty repair and my cost would be $100 deductible. Service would keep the car 2 days for the repair. I received a call the morning of the2nd day that the switch just needed to be re-programmed. I was told that I would only have to pay the labor charge of $79.99 instead of on the extended warranty. It was nice to save money on the repair. I am very satisfied with the service. I bought the car at Mac Haik. I service it at the Fast Lane service. I will continue to service all my cars at Mac Haik and purchase future cars also. More
Solid Service James my consualtant was very good. Easy to talk with on the phone. Followed up and asked questions. Had two issues but only one was solved. I still have a rattle coming from rear of truck/sunroof panel. That being said, I understand how challenging it is to locate and fix rattles. I will make another appt when convenient. More

After calling mgmt, I received a call from Jason Norman. I was probably a difficulty level 7 by then because of the rude guy. Well, Jason was so easy to talk to, attentive, worked with my schedule, assured me he would take good care of me. Well, he certainly did! I hope he will always be there in the future because I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. He saved your reputation for me! Thank you Jason! He is a class act that knows how to communicate and get the job done! He needs a raise! And a cape! More
See Jason Norman Jason is my guy. He takes care of all my service needs on my Expedition and my Edge. I know it would cost a little less at other shops but Jason's l Jason is my guy. He takes care of all my service needs on my Expedition and my Edge. I know it would cost a little less at other shops but Jason's level of service and the fact I am getting top notch work with Genuine Ford Parts is why I keep going to Jason at Mac Haik. I just drop it off and have my wife pick me up or take the shuttle. Jason calls me a couple of hours lates and tells me whats wrong with it. I approve or disapprove of the repair. Easy Peasy/ More

Arrived 6:45 am and when service advisers finally showed up at 7:05 am was told I would have to leave the truck if I wanted it checked. Service adviser kept saying she saw the online service request for the first time minutes before. When using online scheduling it is logical that the service request would be examined and if vehicle would have to left advise the customer before their arrival especially when the online service request indicates customer will wait. On 5/16/2013 at 330PM I went to your dealership/service department as my Mercury Mountaineer charging system alert and battery light was on. I talked to a Daniel Moura your service advisor. I explained t department as my Mercury Mountaineer charging system alert and battery light was on. I talked to a Daniel Moura your service advisor. I explained that I had an alternator replaced with a Ford Motorcraft alternator on 6/29/2012 by Smart Buick in Malvern Arkansas as alternator had failed on road. Alternator was to be warranted for 12 months according to Smart Buick. I showed the receipt to your Mr. Moura who stated”Any warranty could not honor as only warranted through the installing dealer”. I thought well guess I as out of towner got screwed , SO on Moura’s statement and since I was going on a long trip, I went to Georgetown Interstate transmission my trusted mechanic who replaced the alternator with another” warranted” Motorcraft part at $501 with labor! In disgust I called the installing Smart Buick dealer who said the part (not labor) was warranted by ANY Ford dealer and that any statement made otherwise by Mr. Moura was just untrue! Later Mr. Moura called me saying he was wrong and would make it right. A follow up call today to him led to excuses, etc., he might lose his job, etc. I even told him the core was available at Interstate Transmission, yet nothing. This is intolerable. Then on 5/21/13 the service manager called saying he would do nothing and would not accept Mr. Moura’s statements me essentially calling me a liar! More
