Landon was great! Had a weird issue with my 2017 Explorer. Called the dealership. Was told to bring it in to the Quick Lane by a not so warm and fuzzy gentleman. Arrived at 7:06 a.m. didn't leave till almost 8:45.My vehicle was done for almost 15 minutes(it was parked right out front the door) before the counter person called me up to pay and leave. When I checked in I felt like I was just a number. I never experienced this before from you guys very disappointed. More
