Poor Customer Service from Sales and Service Both sales and service delivered poor customer service. We have purchased several vehicles from Mac Haik and my transmission went out in a 2014 Escap Both sales and service delivered poor customer service. We have purchased several vehicles from Mac Haik and my transmission went out in a 2014 Escape with 87,000 miles. It took 2 1/2 days for service to get back with me to tell me what was wrong. Service Rep never returned my calls. I decided to purchase a new vehicle and sales wasn't that interested in trying to help me find a vehicle I was looking for. Kept trying to up-sell me. The only good thing interaction with was sales is that they provided a loaner while I was looking for a car. I ended up purchasing from another dealership and taking my 2014 to a private service company to get the transmission fixed because Mac Haik was over charging me. Will not be coming back. More

From the beginning ive been asking for a estimate on installing horns for me and I alway go the same answer “oh yea I’ll get the quotes and get an estimate and get right with you on it” and I still haven’t gotten a call back. Will not come back to this dealership for service again nor when I am going to get another vehicle. More

Great Service Mark Step took excellent car of me. The errors were tough to troubleshoot and Mark kept me updated on progress.
