Friendly Service Advisors - sub par service Being a fan of the dealership, I really wanted to like the service department. Unfortunately I came away feeling that they were just inept. I had o Being a fan of the dealership, I really wanted to like the service department. Unfortunately I came away feeling that they were just inept. I had originally called in to make an appointment for three things 1) Oil Change 2) Check Engine Light 3) enable a gauge for DPF % gauge on a 2018 F250. I was told that it may be 1-2 days for them to diagnose the Check Engine Light, but everything else was fine. After calling in at the end of the first day, I was extremely disappointed to hear that my truck had not even been touched - Keep in mind my appointment was for 7am that day. The second day they diagnosed the Check engine light (I had basically already told them the issues they just confirmed it was a REGEN issue) but offered no explanation as to why it was occurring. They also could not figure out how to enable the DPF gauge - also keep in mind this is a pretty common request on a diesel truck. I purchased an OBD scanner and enabled it myself with FORSCAN. As I said at the top of this review, I do really like the dealership. Hopefully someone that has the ability to make changes reads and acts on this review - incredibly disappointing experience More

Julie is the best! Anytime my car or truck needs servicing, I call Julie. I am greeted with warmth and friendly helpful scheduling and the oil changes, tire rotations a Anytime my car or truck needs servicing, I call Julie. Transmission issues Noticed the truck wanted to keep moving even though we were at a stand still. and then when putting the truck in park it sounded like the transmission Noticed the truck wanted to keep moving even though we were at a stand still. and then when putting the truck in park it sounded like the transmission made a loud clunk (Drive --> Park) like it was about to drop. Took the truck over to your service department on a Friday and met your Service Tech. She immediately started writing up the service order and informed me it could be a few days so the Transmission Mechanics could do a thorough inspection. On Tuesday I was informed of the issue was covered under the factory warranty and was given a time I could pick it up. I haven't had much time to put any miles on the truck since then but expect to in the next month. Will keep ya posted. More

Consistent Excellence I've used the Mac Haik service department for all of my scheduled maintenance and repairs since purchasing our F150 from Mac Haik in 2017. My exper I've used the Mac Haik service department for all of my scheduled maintenance and repairs since purchasing our F150 from Mac Haik in 2017. My experience has changed my previous negative view that dealership service departments are excessively expensive, inconvenient and lower quality than independent service operations. The Fast Lane technicians are friendly, helpful and efficient and explain things fully to their customers. Examples: - Customer waiting next to me needed an inspection completed but the insurance card was out of date. The customer was having difficulty getting an up to date proof of insurance (internet issues), so the tech took the initiative to get it directly from the insurance company. - Everyone calling / dropping off was provided with the expected wait times, which increased throughout the morning. Everyone calling in was advised that 7 am opening was the best time for a fast turn around. - My trailer brake signal was not working and the Landon explained, after hearing the symptoms, that it was probably the controller and would require another visit after the part was received. - On a previous scheduled maintenance visit, the Fast Lane technicians were able to complete a recall repair, which I had scheduled for a later date in the main service department - without me even mentioning that appointment! Congrats on building a customer centric service department and providing good value to those customers. More

Excellent service on GMC I have a second vehicle that is an "ancient" Yukon. My last experience with service at a GMC location was very much less than satisfying. When I started experiencing an a/c problem I immediately thought of Mac Haik Ford Lincoln and the relationship I have with Patrick and Sandy when I have my Lincoln MKX serviced. I called to inquire about service on a GMC and, of course, they said "bring it in!" As always a great, prompt, professional, reasonably priced repair and I have cold a/c again! More
