Three Hour Oil Change?? This is the first time I've taken my new vehicle in for an oil change. I initially called to make an appointment and I was told that I should go to th This is the first time I've taken my new vehicle in for an oil change. I initially called to make an appointment and I was told that I should go to the "quick lane" portion of the service center, not make an appointment. So I did, and it took a very long time. 3 hours for an oil change seems excessive, especially for a "Quick Lane". We ARE less than a week from Thanksgiving at this point, so I assumed they were unusually busy but one of the service writers told me that they are ALWAYS really busy there. Everyone was kind and courteous and I know it isn't the fault of the service writers or even the mechanics that the service took so long, but I'm definitely rethinking my plan for future oil changes, warranty or not. ****Oddly enough, when I try to submit this review with an answer of "I would not recommend" It won't allow my review to submit. When I change that answer to "I do recommend" It allows me to move forward to submit my review. More

Initial Service & Repair Being a new car and after a long road trip, I felt the car needed an oil change. He was able to put me in a loaner vehicle in short time and get my car in for the repairs and service it needed. More
