Did an ok job The folks were fine, the atmosphere ok(chair arms worn through). I was disappointed that after waiting 2 hours, I waited approximately 20 more minutes The folks were fine, the atmosphere ok(chair arms worn through). I was disappointed that after waiting 2 hours, I waited approximately 20 more minutes after my truck was off the lift before enquiring how long my truck would take, only to find it had been done before I asked. How long would I have waited if I hadn’t asked? I was the fourth person waiting when the doors opened, and my truck was the first to be taken back. I wouldn’t think a tire rotation and multi-point inspection would take that long. More
