I won’t be coming back. It took 6 wks to schedule the work. Another 3wks to complete it, and I need to come back AGAIN because they replaced the wrong item and charged me for it. They claimed it was dama work. Another 3wks to complete it, and I need to come back AGAIN because they replaced the wrong item and charged me for it. They claimed it was damaged, but couldn’t produce the part they removed to prove it needed replaced. After all of this, they’re ‘covering’ the part that they should have replaced to start with. How thoughtful, huh? I’m not going to deal with these folks anymore. It’s not worth the time, stress, or headache. More

Quick service, poor attention to detail Quick service. Needed an oil change and a recall repair for my battery eyelet. The technicians left the plastic cover off of my positive battery terminal. Additionally, the technician bent the phone holder inside my cab. The phone holder was screwed down so as to not be moved. It's a pain to have to loosen the screws now, readjust, and tighten the screws. I just wished the technicians paid more attention to detail both in the cab and under the hood. If they forgot these small things, how do I know they remembered important things like changing my oil filter or properly torquing bolts? More

Great Service! Brought my truck in with Check Engine Light on on Christmas Eve morning. Was told it would probably be Thursday since I didn’t have an appointment. Received call at lunch that it was diagnosed and would be ready Shortly. Somehow they were able to get to it. This is why I buy all my vehicles and have them serviced at Mac Haik. A customer should be given the opportunity to review the final invoice before paying. The parking facility is just awful. Mac Haik should consider a safer and ampler parking facility for its customers. Finding a parking spot is like looking for a needle in a haystack. The courtesy car wash has fallen by the way side. It is no longer offered. More
