Recall repairs on 2016 F150. I scheduled my repairs and took my truck in at 7:30am on a Wednesday and was told it may take 2 days. When I followed up Thursday morning I was told I scheduled my repairs and took my truck in at 7:30am on a Wednesday and was told it may take 2 days. When I followed up Thursday morning I was told there was an issue. Nothing had been done on my truck it had just sat there. I had to pick up the truck and reschedule the service the following week. The follow up service went very well and they provided me with a loaner to drive. I was very disappointed about my service not being done as scheduled. However, I must say they were very helpful on the follow up service and I was very pleased in the end. Things may go wrong but it’s what is done when that occurs that’s important. In this case they made it right. More

I had to schedule this appointment in advance due to the parts being replaced. My vehicle maintenance took longer than expected and luckily this was ok with me. Checkup and Inspection I was expecting a long wait for a simple procedure. The Quick Service lane estimated 2 hours and I was out in a little over an hour. My only objection was that the waiting room has too many TVs on too loud with dribble on them. It would be nice to have someplace with no excessive noise to wait in. Easy and successful Trevor in service was excellent. From setting up my appointment to servicing my vehicle he was professional and provided me with timely updates. I was told on Friday that a new Touchscreen was ordered for my vehicle and wouldn’t arrive until Monday. And when my car was delivered back to me Monday afternoon I found out the part was NEVER replaced. And I was not told about this. I had to call when I received the service papers on my car and discovered it myself when it was delivered back to me. I should have been informed of this. The concierge service was excellent. More
