Service Shay os awesome. The mechanics though left loose and missing bolts. Messed up one of my rotors. Shay had to get things fixed. If you mess it up at least admit to it. More

Easy drop off and vehicle ready on time. Took my SUV in for brake service. Drop off was easy and received a call a few hours later with drrials in what was needs. The customer service Team was Very polite, courteous and welcoming but I was disappointed that nothing I took it in for was taken care of for different reasons. I Drove over an hour there. Waited almost three hours from my appt time and all concerns are still existing just to return an hour drive home. I spoke with Shae after I noticed I had not received the service ticket copy so he emailed it to me . When my appt was made I told them all the concerns I had on my brand new car, but it seems it was miscommunicated, so arrangements were not made to send to diff areas of service. I clicked three stars and I clicked recommended because of the courteous employees but not for th repair service I received and it wouldn’t let me bypass it. I don’t like to complain at all but if you send a survey I feel I should be honest and if I was 100 percent satisfied I would do the same. Thanks ! More
