Here goes. The service in the Quick Lube was fine but my experience with attempting to make an appointment in the regular service lane was bad. I called and got voice mail, which is fine, left a very deta experience with attempting to make an appointment in the regular service lane was bad. The service is excellent as usual. Daniel in truck service is always awesome. However, my big complaint is time!! I was there few minutes after 8 for oil change, tire rotation what ever else that part service is always awesome. However, my big complaint is time!! I cannot believe that this dealership is still in business! I bought a 2012 Ford Expedition El from Mac Haik Ford and since it was used and had a rebuilt engine since the original one was blown so they talked m I bought a 2012 Ford Expedition El from Mac Haik Ford and since it was used and had a rebuilt engine since the original one was blown so they talked me into buying a $3,500 basic warranty to cover the engine and transmission. Went the engine started to barely run, I took it back to them on January 14th 2020. I must have been on the phone with their Service Manager, Ford Customer Service Center and all the way up to Ford's Extended Warranty Customer Service Center for over an entire MONTH and all of these centers REFUSED to cover 1 penny of the repair costs even though the problem was a faulty ignition module that caused FOUR engine coils to fail. I couldn't believe it and had to pay the full repair bill and they kept every cent of my $3,500!!! Moreover, my truck was not fixed until February 14th 2020 one full month after I sent it there. The absolutely worst treatment I have ever had ANYWHERE!!! More
