Overall experience was OK. could have been better communication on drop off location as Service dept was being remodeled. The location to pick up the loaner vehicle was not clearly marked either. Lastly, the loaner vehicle was a nice to have but it was filthy dirty inside and outside. Windows were all foggy and hard to see out of. Clearly the truck has not been cleaned before given to me. Lastly when I picked up my truck, drivers side door handle and door panel had a big hand print from where the technician opened the door. Seat also had small oily stain on it. More
Service was excellent! Was there to make a duplicate key, but since the key had a chip it took over 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I had my dog with me, so we stayed outside most of the time and it was COLD! I w but since the key had a chip it took over 30 minutes. Engine light check showed a fault module. Was replaced within 2 hours while I waited. Robert Gonzales handled the service and kept me updated. Second service this week as first was recall adjustment.
