Need better communication. Did not hear from the sales rep for 9 weeks until car was done. Would have liked to receive weekly updates or touch points on what was going on. I am really disappointed in how things went down with this Ford Dealership. I had to take my car to get a recall done which is out of my hands. I set everything up like I am suppose to do. It’s suppose t this Ford Dealership. I had to take my car to get a recall done which is out of my hands. I set everything up like I am suppose to do. It’s suppose to be a simple recall and 2 things were suppose to get replaced. The technician says that I’ll get a full service inspection and they should have everything done by the end of the day. The full service inspection was completed but fake they didn’t do anything. They only replaced half of the recall but thought the job was completed until I said something. They offered for me to come back which is super inconvenient and so I did but find out that they didn’t have my part and it needed to be ordered. I waited 2 weeks and finally have the part. They pick my car up through a valet service but my technician didn’t know that. I waited all day and had to contact multiple people just to find out that my car was finally ready but after I had gotten off work. Super unprofessional and very disappointed in this process. I hate that I got treated this way especially when things were out of my control. They like customer service here. I highly recommend going somewhere else. More
