I had a great experience with Mac Haik's sales team -- which is often not the case for a woman in the truck market. Since 1999 I have purchase two new vehicles and one use car from Mac Haik Ford. I kept the first for 12 years. The second was a used anniverary model convertable mustang that turned out to be my wife's fav car from Mac Haik Ford. I kept the first for 12 years. We had no intentions of buy a car the day my husband's path crossed with Tania's path. There was no pressure to buy but as Tania explained the features of the car we became more curious about it. We made an appt to come back four hours later to test drive and we were sold on the car. Tania was very accomodating with our schedule staying late that night to try and hammer out a deal, even offering to come to our house to finish up paperwork due to the fact it was difficult for me to get out of the house due to surgery. Tania worked with us to make sure we received all of the discounts we were entitled too and if she didn't have the answers to some of our finance related questions she called for someone to help us understand how the financing was going to work. We used the cash for clunkers program and she helped us make sure we had all of the correct paperwork in time to close the deal. Tania was very thorough in explaining all of the features of the vehicle and demonstrating how to work all of the buttons on the control panel, folding the seats, locating the spare tire and we lifted the hood so that I could see where everything was located. She explained the roadside assistance program and also went over the warranty information. I left the dealership with ALL QUESTIONS ANSWERED. I went to Mac Haik Ford on Labor Day after shopping on-line for a new Ford F-150 Platinum Edition. The prices were comparable to the other Houston and Katy Ford dealers but they had a much better selec on-line for a new Ford F-150 Platinum Edition. The prices were comparable to the other Houston and Katy Ford dealers but they had a much better selection in colors and features. So after a test drive, I had finally picked one and was thinking let the fun begin. Did I bring my lunch, check, something to do while I wait, check, etc. We all know how difficult it is buying a car. But, for some reason it wasn't as difficult as I thought. The salesman knew what he was doing and made the process pretty easy. He only had to bring in the manager once and it was during the negotiation process. I wanted a little more for my trade so they went down a little more on their price. Other than that is went smoothly. I was in and out in a matter of a couple hours. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Thanks again Mac Haik Ford for you assistance in my vehicle buying experience. More

We initially went through USAA to purchase our vehicle. USAA gave us three dealers from whom to choose our new Ford. As luck would have it, we were on our way back from Austin one evening and saw Mac Haik USAA gave us three dealers from whom to choose our new Ford. As luck would have it, we were on our way back from Austin one evening and saw Mac Haik from the Highway. We thought we would just stop and look at the Expedition (the vehicle we were interested in). While we were looking at the vehicles, we came across Saul, one of the great Mac Haik sales people. Saul assisted us right away, opening every vehicle we wanted to look in, explaining in great detail all of the vehicle features; and most importantly Saul never tried to hard sales pitch. He was very patient; and unbeknownst to us he worked right past closing still assisting us and providing solid answers to our questions. We are very happy with our vehicle and we thank all of the great folks out there who helped make the dream of us owning a Ford Expedition a reality.
