It did take quite a while to get everything settled, and while I wish there was more that could be done at a time to get that top sales experience, it was pretty up there comparing to others. Transmission issues Noticed the truck wanted to keep moving even though we were at a stand still. and then when putting the truck in park it sounded like the transmission Noticed the truck wanted to keep moving even though we were at a stand still. and then when putting the truck in park it sounded like the transmission made a loud clunk (Drive --> Park) like it was about to drop. Took the truck over to your service department on a Friday and met your Service Tech. She immediately started writing up the service order and informed me it could be a few days so the Transmission Mechanics could do a thorough inspection. On Tuesday I was informed of the issue was covered under the factory warranty and was given a time I could pick it up. I haven't had much time to put any miles on the truck since then but expect to in the next month. Will keep ya posted. More
