The only reason why I had a good experience there was because of Art in internet sales. Extremely helpful and understanding. Very disappointed on whoever is in charge of internet pricing. More
Friendly Service Advisors - sub par service Being a fan of the dealership, I really wanted to like the service department. Unfortunately I came away feeling that they were just inept. I had o Being a fan of the dealership, I really wanted to like the service department. Unfortunately I came away feeling that they were just inept. I had originally called in to make an appointment for three things 1) Oil Change 2) Check Engine Light 3) enable a gauge for DPF % gauge on a 2018 F250. I was told that it may be 1-2 days for them to diagnose the Check Engine Light, but everything else was fine. After calling in at the end of the first day, I was extremely disappointed to hear that my truck had not even been touched - Keep in mind my appointment was for 7am that day. The second day they diagnosed the Check engine light (I had basically already told them the issues they just confirmed it was a REGEN issue) but offered no explanation as to why it was occurring. They also could not figure out how to enable the DPF gauge - also keep in mind this is a pretty common request on a diesel truck. I purchased an OBD scanner and enabled it myself with FORSCAN. As I said at the top of this review, I do really like the dealership. Hopefully someone that has the ability to make changes reads and acts on this review - incredibly disappointing experience More

I drove 45 mins to this dealership because they offered the best prices and deals around. This unfortunately meant I had to go home without my new ride and had to drive back on Monday afternoon to finish the paperwork. Like I said, NO FAULT to the dealership, just an unfortunate situation for everyone. Great deal on the new ride, but tried to lowball my trade-in initially. Maybe use KBB value as baseline like most other dealerships in the Centex area instead of your own internal program. Ended up getting about 3K less than the KBB value for "poor" condition although my vehicle was in good to very good condition, but it was enough to make the deal and get the price to where I needed it. Overall, I would buy my next vehicle here, and would refer to friends. You just need to know the value of your trade and not accept the first offer. Jeff in finance got me a xxxx of a deal on the extended service plan, which was over 1K less than the initial offer I received on the floor and allowed me to pull the trigger on it. A More
