Vehicle Purchase I was pleased with the sales portion of the transaction, while dealing with Morgan. But, we did not received as much as a follow up call, once we took I was pleased with the sales portion of the transaction, while dealing with Morgan. But, we did not received as much as a follow up call, once we took possession of the vehicle. We figured that we would, if only due to the complexity of the electronics in the new F150. We heard the Mac Haik staff expected "bragadocious" talk about their outstanding service. So far my experience has been a total disappointment. It took two weeks for them to payoff balance on my trade. The slowest that I have experienced, having traded multiple cars in the past. At this point, I just want to receive my registration documents and the funds due to us. So that I can put this bad experience and Mac Haik on my rear view mirror. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone!!! More
