Satisfied Customer Had my F150 Serviced. While I was there my truck had two recalls on it so they took care of that also. Fixed a rattle in my tailgate also. They shuttl Had my F150 Serviced. The service rep and shuttle driver were friendly and courteous. This is the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Watson. I have been very pleased with the purchase and service I have received from Watson Quality Ford. As info I tried one of the quickie oil change chains and Watsons price for oil change service and tire rotation was apx. $10.00 cheaper. Better service and cheaper to boot.. Duh! Very satisfied customer More

Horrible Service I recently put my 2013 Ford explorer in the care of this company. The sun roof would not open. I really trusted this company because I am such a huge I recently put my 2013 Ford explorer in the care of this company. The sun roof would not open. I really trusted this company because I am such a huge fan of Ford Motor Company. They had my 2013 Ford Explorer from August 24th to September 21st. $1024.00 later, the inside of my car was soak and wet with water and had mold inside of it. When asked about this, the contact person Kristen could only tell me that it will probably smell. Never have I been treated like this as long as I have been a ford customer. I am not a person that complains, so please heed my warning. If you value your vehicle, please do not trust Watson Quality Ford with it. More
