I'm a longtime fan of Watson/Haik, and am always happy to spend time there. As I've told ET more than once, I'm unhappy that the Ford Focus ST model has been mothballed. On the other hand, that makes it all the more important that I take good care of my 2014. I love it more than any car I've ever had, and I'm planning on many more years of bringing it in to you guys for service. More

2016 F150 Service 191028 Arrival and greeting was great. Had a little trouble getting started on time (0730 appointment) on wife's truck as she had driven from Slaughter LA.
