Had climate control panel installed for rear passengers. also oil change and tire rotation. Scheduled with Jon. dropped my explorer off and was given ride to my office. 2 weeks ago went in for simple oil change. Horrible experience. 3 hour wait. They never got to my car. Received a call from Lucinda Murphy apologizing and explaining what happened. I went back in today--reluctantly. MacHaik has Lucinda to thank for keeping my business with them and likely a candidate for my next vehicle when I am again in the market.
