Sercive Dept. I bought a 17 Mustang 5.0 and and GPS along with the stereo, cd player, a\c controls ect.. have gone out. I took it to be serviced, they called n said that it was the memory of my car was damaged. They ordered the part and til now i have not heard back. I have no part and i am driving around with my systemnot working properly. I am beyond disappointed with Ford and its staff. Its very hard to get any help there. I spoke to Lance Harris there and he doesnt return phone calls. I am waiting to hear when are they going to fix my car. More

Coolant System I dropped my car off to see what's wrong .. David called to advise what they believe problem was and the related cost. Dropped the ball on this one. I have a 2018 F-150 STX, and for some reason there was a SPRING poking out of the drivers side seat, which had rubbed a hole through the fabric and wa I have a 2018 F-150 STX, and for some reason there was a SPRING poking out of the drivers side seat, which had rubbed a hole through the fabric and was sticking me in my back. I took it to this location and the service adviser took a couple of pictures, and told me he would call me the next day. At the end of the next day I called him because he hadn't called me. He told me they would not repair it me seat because they think the fabric damage was caused by sitting in the seat with a sharp object in my pocket! How ridiculous, especially since you can CLEARLY feel and see the spring poking out! The sad thing is that I took my truck to the Ford Dealership in Waxahachie and was welcomed with open arms... they fixed the problem at no charge AND gave me a rental. Shame on you More
