Recall Ford Notice Letter re airbag on Ford Edge Lance is very friendly, quick to return phone calls when my car was in shop. He is a very good customer service rep for Mack Haik. Downside is that several different salesmen from Mack Haik called me during work hours asking me if I was interested in trading in my Edge for a new car. I told them no, I am interested in getting my car back with a new passenger airbag. Really? If I want a newer Ford Edge, I will find one thru CarGurus. It compares prices with dealerships and Mac Haik is seldom on the list. Mac wants too much money for their used Ford Edges. More

Broke truck Took truck in on Thur and was told it would be a couple of days. Very happy to get it back the next day. My truck is a 2012 and very well kept. Worst service experience I ever had The whole experience felt shady. There is a charge on my bill that says they machined my rotors, but I was sold new rotets. When I asked about it the guy said that’s the way the computer writes it. I didn’t know computers could write. Long story short I went in for a $500 tune up and it turned into $1500 tune up brake job bearing job because after tune up it made strange noise that it didn’t make before I took it to them. I guess someone had to pay for their toys and I don’t mean me. More

Matter of fact my car looked as if they sat it under a tree with all the windows down. I went in to have my vehicle state inspection done on a Saturday morning and was informed that it would This is for the QuickLane services I received. I went in to have my vehicle state inspection done on a Saturday morning and was informed that it would be a 2 hour wait time. I said that is far to long for a 10 to 15 minute service. But 1 of the service guy pulled me aside and told me when I could come in with no wait time. It paid off perfectly 10 minutes tops. Thanks. But on a different note I was called about the service I received that day alswell and I ask the rep over the phone about the current recalls on my vehicle and the rep pulled up my recalls on the vehicle but told me to wait until I received a letter in the mail to schedule? The vin # already stated what the recall was. That took a star away from the other guy. FYI I still have received the letter but yall are aware of the recall. Go figure More
