Wait was too long and overcharged I had a 9:00 AM appointment for an Oil Change. I arrived at 8:55 AM, work order was entered at 9:06 AM, at 10:00 AM my truck had yet to be moved from I had a 9:00 AM appointment for an Oil Change. I arrived at 8:55 AM, work order was entered at 9:06 AM, at 10:00 AM my truck had yet to be moved from where I parked it. Service was completed at 10:57 AM, 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is not what I expected from a "Quick Lane" service center. If you are not going to honor appointments and still treat as first come first serviced DO NOT PRETEND TO TAKE APPOINTMENTS. While my truck was being serviced someone (not my so called service advisor whom never talked to me after writing the work order) came to me with a dirty air filter which I was told was mine so I OK'd installation of a new filter which I was charged $30.00 for the installation in addition to $41.65 for the filter, the filter box had to have been opened to get the dirty filter out to show me, would I have been charged the $30.00 to reinstall my old filter if I had said no? In the 4 years I have had this truck I have never spent this much for the services that were completed. More

Customer Service Guy Lied Multiple Times Take my truck in for minor problem after making an appointment. No loaner. That’s no biggie. I visually checked on it daily after day two After telling my contact that it needed to be fixed by the next day or I would be there to pick it up. It was mysteriously fixed before noon. THEN discovered after the next rain I needed windshield washer. It didn’t work. Raised my hood to see and the tee/spray nozzle was broken. And a screw was left out of the filter box. It was left on the firewall directly under where the nozzle was broken. Mechanic took screws out of the box. Stored them under firewall. Accidentally broke the nozzle by catching his hand on the hose. No biggie. It can happen. But he left it broken. Easy to see that it was broken. But, he still left it broken. Charged me $480.00 to clean a sensor. I bet the job took less than 30 minutes. COMPLETE AND TOTAL RUNAROUND xxxxxxxx. Thanks Scott Tigert 972-762-0060 More

Recall Ford Notice Letter re airbag on Ford Edge Lance is very friendly, quick to return phone calls when my car was in shop. He is a very good customer service rep for Mack Haik. Downside is that several different salesmen from Mack Haik called me during work hours asking me if I was interested in trading in my Edge for a new car. I told them no, I am interested in getting my car back with a new passenger airbag. Really? If I want a newer Ford Edge, I will find one thru CarGurus. It compares prices with dealerships and Mac Haik is seldom on the list. Mac wants too much money for their used Ford Edges. More
