What a joke 2016 f250 was taken in for warranty work just before warranty expired. Had my truck for an oil leak, xx engine light, and back up camera inop 80% of t 2016 f250 was taken in for warranty work just before warranty expired. Had my truck for an oil leak, xx engine light, and back up camera inop 80% of time. Got truck back still leaking oil and back up camera glitchy. Also, my truck was hit while in the shop. I was told it never left the bay?? Ok, but 89 miles were put on the odometer. Service guy was aggravated, but GM said they would fix it. Took truck back 2 days later and they put dye in my oil. I was told to drive the truck. Drove it right out of warranty. Took truck back and they could not determine where it was coming from. Rear main seal was replaced in the initial visit. They said they would have to pull the transmission to xx the rear main. I was informed by the new service manager that it would be covered if that was the issue. Otherwise, they would “try” to get Ford to cover it if it were something else. They would not honor the initial warranty visit and I could be on the hook for the repairs. So, no I didn’t let them pull my transmission so they could deny warranty repairs. What has happened to customer servic? More

It was the worst experience ever I went for a door problem. The first think I asked was for them to check to see if I have recalls. He said no. Excellent, Fast Service I received a letter in the mail about a recall on my 2016 Ford Focus and I immediately contacted my dealership. They kept me updated about my vehicle and although they didn’t have any loaner cars available, I was still very satisfied with the service. More
