I called and got the service lady named Alli. I explained my issue. She was helpful, understanding and kind on the phone. Not often anymore customer service treats you like that. Due to unexpected health issue I wasn't able to make it to the next appt. She was very understanding and assured me all would be taken care of when I could get back.
