Upon inspection by an auto shop they said all maintenance had been neglected. They said the dealer didn’t look under the hood and the engine had rat poop in it. The transmission is shot, water pump leaked all over the timing belt, the radiator is bone dry and all fluids are empty and it needs spark plugs and a battery. The manager, Corey will not help or acknowledge any problems. The service manager Kevin said they ran a full used car maintenance check to ensure it passes state inspection but that’s hard to believe. I keep getting the run around from ALL staff when asking questions. It was a horrible experience and although the warranty covers part of it they will not pay for items neglected by routine maintenance. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE and find an HONEST dealer!!!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would. More

Red flags should We purchased a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country at the beginning of last summer, and it has been nothing but a headache ever since. Red flags should have been seen from day one. The sales associate Nicole failed to tell us that we were approved for three times the amount of the vehicle we purchased. Had we had known this we would have went with a newer vehicle. Within the first three weeks we had a check engine light come on for an issue within the transmission. I called the service department and was told they could not look at the vehicle for over three weeks. I then took it back to the used sales and Nicole told me not to worry about it since we have the bumper to bumper warranty (this was a lie) and ran the code herself. Then told me she would get back to me after she talked to a mechanic about the code. We made it through the summer and early fall months, but come October had issues once again. The check engine light came on once again, and the van was not shifting properly. Then it started randomly dying or not starting. I was able to get it started and straight to their shop. This is where is sat for over a week, where we had to pay over $1000 for a rental car. Only to find out that it was the TIPM (fuse box) that had died and of course that bumper to bumper warranty did not cover this part. Dwayne (the service department employee) told me then that they sold me a piece of xxxx, and I needed to fight with the used car department. I did demand that the used car department handle this as we had only had the van for 4 months. Fast forward to today, where the van once again has been sitting in a shop for over a month. How this van passed inspection is beyond me. I am currently fighting with the warranty to get coverage since the engine, transmission and catalytic converter have all failed on the van. Speaking with mechanics there is no way that this could have just happened within the past year. I spoke with Kyle (Finance Manager) who verified that we have the warranty that should cover the parts that have failed, yet we still do not have a decision. Kyle put me in contact with Darrell (Warranty Solutions) who says he wants to get us taken care or but has yet to do so. I have tried to take this higher up with Mac Haik and have not heard back from any upper managements. We have now had to cancel summer plans due to the lack of a vehicle for our family, and the fact that we may have to pay out of pocket for repairs. This was our first purchase with them and we will NEVER be back! More

Very very friendly and probably one of the most laid down to earth type of guys I’ve ever met. Regardless, he helped me find the vehicle I wanted and was very honest trough out the process. If you plan to buy here, ask for Lance. More
I bought my Ram 1500 classic at this dealership and have to compliment James White for the most satisfactory salesmanship I have received from any Ram dealer. If he ever left this dealership, I would do bus to compliment James White for the most satisfactory salesmanship I have received from any Ram dealer. If he ever left this dealership, I would do business with him again. Now, the problem dishonest service! In September 2020, I took my truck in for one of the free oil changes, at mileage 15,372. Anthony Santos was the service representative. I told Tony that I thought I should be getting a little better MPG and could he check it. He told me that the truck was due for injector service and they needed to be cleaned. I questioned that but he said it was a recommended service for the mileage noted. I never received a RAM owners manual that listed the recommended services at the listed mileage intervals so I took his word for that and agreed to have the service performed. He also told me that there was a $20.00 charge for the FREE oil change, and tire rotation, since they used synthetic oil. So, I agreed to that too and a cabin filter change. My bill for a free oil change and tire rotation suddenly amounted to $330.26 when I picked up my truck. Later, I did not see any mention of the injector service performance on the itemized bill. When I got home and opened the hood, it was so dirty with greasy imprints that it looked like every mechanic was working under the hood. But the greasy smears appeared to be from the oil change. After the frustration settled down and I was able to talk to other dealerships about these charges, not one other service manager recommended the injector service at 15,000 miles. Subsequent to this service at the Mac Haik dealership in Georgetown, I have had my oil changed and tire rotation done at a different dealership free of charge as advertised. I have written to the dealership about this complaint without a response. So, Tony might have seen an increase in commission at my expense, but the dealership will not have the opportunity to sell me my 4th new Ram truck or service again. I requested a service manual from this dealership and they must have forwarded the request to the manufacture since they forwarded one after about three weeks. My advice, stay away from Mac Haik dealerships. More

He was very condescending and his tone was extremely dismissive. I understand my situation was a bit confusing, hence why I started the conversation with background information. I have been a faithful customer to this dealership and have always been treated with the utmost respect, until today. I did receive the information I needed, however it was not delivered to the excellent standard in which I am accustom to experiencing at this location. More
Cory Pomeroy was amazing, he listened to what I was looking for. He didn't try to push anything extra on me - which was great. I will definitely be going back to him when I'm ready to purchase again. looking for. He didn't try to push anything extra on me - which was great. After special ordering a Dodge Hellcat w/a 2K deposit, I was told today by Robert Cardosi (Gen.Sales Mgr) that they have the choice to honor or not a Dell Corp discount - to which he did NOT! Charging m was told today by Robert Cardosi (Gen.Sales Mgr) that they have the choice to honor or not a Dell Corp discount - to which he did NOT! Charging me 4 THOUSAND dollars over the actual amount of the corporate agreed pricing telling me "that I was trying to take food out of his family's mouth" - As If! He then threatened that he was going to contact Dodge Corporate and tell them that I refused to take possession of the car and would resell it over the internet - if I didn't agree to pay the higher amount. Additionally - If I tell him no on the purchase of the car (as he's charging me too much for the car), he's going to keep the 2 Thousand dollars I paid for a deposit on the car rather than give it back. This Robert Cardosi is Not a nice guy and rather than work within the rules of the Corporate sale deal, he's just making rules up as he goes along to make the biggest possible profit (at my expense). So much for honoring a corporate discount or respecting a customer spending nearly 80 THOUSAND DOLLARS with his dealership. They do car deals everyday and they shouldn't take advantage of anyone - especially those who don't know what the game is and how to play it. This is how the car dealerships get a bad name! I Beware, BEWARE Do not shop here, go find a honest dealership that knows what a certified use vehicle means and not just stick a sticker on it. I purchased a Chrysler Town and Country and what a rip off. Had a big yellow sticker on windshield saying "CERTIFIED. I don't know what certified means to them but to me it not what I purchased. This vehicle should never of pass state inspection with broken exhaust, needing brakes and headlights needing cleaning. As soon as I drove off the lot the tire pressure light went on. Thought it had low pressure, but no it needed TPMS replaced. Here's what I had to do to this vehicle, repair exhaust, brake pads on all 4, 2 rotors replaced and other 2 turn, replace 2 crack hoses , replaced 2 leaking hose, replace 2 fuse that was burned out for cigarette ports and install a missing fuse for fog lights, replace sparks plugs, replaced very dirty engine air filter and cabin air filter, had to clean headlights. Plus without telling me they put tracking devices on all there use cars. ! Talking to the manager of the use car lot , I could tell he definitely was a use car salesman before he became the manager. I now have to report this dealership to TX vehicle inspection office as this vehicle should of never pass inspection especially with broken exhaust system. By not following the Texas law on state inspection, they put anyone riding in this vehicle health at risk due to exhaust leaking into the cabin of the vehicle. Your safety and health is not a concern of this use car dealership only there profits!!! Below is part of inspection that must be performed for a vehicle to pass TX inspection. 1. Inspection Procedure: The exhaust system shall be examined visually while the engine is running to determine efficiency of the system. 2. Inspect for and reject if: a. Vehicle is not equipped with a muffler. b. Any joint is loose or leaking, including manifolds. Does not include minor leakage at exhaust control valve (manifold damper or hear riser valve). c. Manifold is cracked or broken causing leakage. d. Holes, leaking seams, or patches on the muffler, resonators, exhaust pipe, tailpipe, or catalytic converter. e. Exhaust system is not secured to the vehicle by mounting bracket designed for exhaust systems (wire, bailing wire, wire clothes hangers, wire rope, or similar material is not acceptable. f. Any brackets are loose, broken, or missing More
