The person who was to take care of my vehicle was not there to take care of my appointment. About 15 min later another person took care of me. When my original service person showed up and never asked if there to take care of my appointment. About 15 min later another person took care of me. That’s a service manager that doesn’t care.this maintenance was done AFTER I came back from having an exhaust manifold replaced.
