The service coordinator and the technicians did a great job. I was kept informed of the progress on my vehicle throughout. I do not like surveys, but in the face of likely more contacts, almost feeling like harassment, I decided to complete this to make them go away. The service was great, but they need to understand that some of us hate doing surveys. More
