Unfortunately my experience was a little disappointing. I scheduled my service 2 weeks in advance for the service dept. to diagnose my concern. It didn't get looked at until the next day of my scheduled ap I scheduled my service 2 weeks in advance for the service dept. to diagnose my concern. It didn't get looked at until the next day of my scheduled appointment. That should not be the norm when a customer schedules a diagnostic appointment 2 weeks out but that is what I was informed. Next, loaner vehicle. Be prepared, there are no loaner vehicles as my Jeep was in the shop for a week and there were no vehicles to provide although they are supposed to. I even have the extended factory warranty but it doesn't matter. They will tell you, you need to get your own car and they will only give you $30 a day. Enterprises cheapest car was $60 a day and I would have to get it myself and then submit for a refund when done. Not a very good service experience. Feel like I waisted my money on a feature on an extended warranty that doesn't provide what is needed. I suggest to think twice about purchasing the factory extended warranty. In the end, yes my Jeep was repaired but it did take a week to do it. My service adviser was friendly and informative during the process but the total experience was lacking considering the amount of money spent for a new vehicle. More
