For some reason, when I called him for the first time earlier this week, I just felt that I can give my full trust to him. And yesterday, this was further confirmed through everything Olin did for me. Throughout the entire procedure, Olin arranged everything just in such a professional and pleasant way. I could not enjoy more in purchasing my first car in Waco. He answered all my questions very patiently yesterday. If I may be able to get my tenure at Baylor, I will have another car with him! I was provided paperwork and told a service was preformed however, it was not. I left paying for the service not verifying that it was completed. Once I realized, I asked to speak with the service manager Ad however, it was not. I left paying for the service not verifying that it was completed. Once I realized, I asked to speak with the service manager Adam Keller, who was extremely unhelpful and distasteful. Unwilling to have the conversation and ensure a consumer was taken care of, he was argumentative and frustrated. He refused to have the service refunded as they were closing the service center even though the service wasn't preformed. This was my first visit to this location as a new dodge owner but will be my last. I WILL discourage anyone from VISITING THIS for service. More
