I order tires for my vehicle and was informed purchasing the tires was not an option as they had to be ordered. A week later I was contacted and asked when I could come in to service the vehicle via text me the tires was not an option as they had to be ordered. A week later I was contacted and asked when I could come in to service the vehicle via text message. I called them but was informed to text. Due to my work I have a busy schedule and didn’t hear back, I hadn’t contacted them back as I was waiting for my day off to take the vehicle in to get serviced in the morning. I revived a call back from the service manager advising me I had to bring in the vehicle to have the tires installed. The service manager was rude. The service manager acted as though I inconvenienced him. I advised the service manager about my job and I had forgotten to call back. The service managers responded with it was unacceptable for $1300 worth of tires sitting in his inventory. I advised the manager I didn’t appreciate his tone and I have been a customer for a little over two years and have serviced my vehicle. (The service usually takes over 3 hours, with an appointment for simple tire rotations/oil changes. They damaged 3 rims installing new tires / rotation.) I advised the service manager I have purchased tires and services with them and again I didn’t appreciate his tone and manner of speaking with me. The service manager responded “WHEN ARE YOU COMING FOR SERVICES.” I told the service manager with an attitude like that he will loose a customer. He responds wiling hanging up. I am a loyal customer with extra income and had spoken with an associate on purchasing a $100k vehicle. Due to the poor attitude from a “manager” I will not do business with this dealership. If you don’t care about customer service and a being treated with respect, then this dealership is for you. More
