Overall I was satisfied. However the repairs needed were not completed because instead of sending it to a body shop to adjust the door they decided to let a tech with some ex However the repairs needed were not completed because instead of sending it to a body shop to adjust the door they decided to let a tech with some experience with body work try. Needless to say he was not successful and even made the issue worse. My issue with the advisor was that even though it is under a full bumper to bumper warranty I was told that my door may not be covered and that I might want to file it on my insurance. That I’m no way is correct. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and everything bumper to bumper other than wearable parts. That is not the door. I was advised that they would attempt to get me an appt with a local body shop. I am waiting for that now. More
