Lack of communication, lack of empathy to the hardship created by keeping my truck for 5 weeks. When I did get my truck, the keyfob was broken, I returned the next day to talk to Kaleb about it and he did created by keeping my truck for 5 weeks. When I did get my truck, the keyfob was broken, I returned the next day to talk to Kaleb about it and he didn't care at all. He told me that they have a replacement and it would be $300... brushed off the fact that the FOB was not broke when I turned in my truck for service. I was not told that they close at 6pm, even though I spoke to Kaleb on the phone telling him that I would be out there at 6pm. Luckily a service associate caught me and was able to get the cashier to close my account and give me my truck. More
