The technician left oily hand prints on the inside and outside of my vehicle, the coolant cap was left open, the lug nuts were not properly torqued and the oil filter was loos enough where it was dripping outside of my vehicle, the coolant cap was left open, the lug nuts were not properly torqued and the oil filter was loos enough where it was dripping oil when I got home.
